Terri Ann Howard, MSHS, SBL
Terri Ann is a Youth Development Specialist, she has been empowering youth to be successful since 1985. She started her journey with girls on the east side of Buffalo, NY. She initiated her community outreach with children, providing services and programs for girls, such as dignity pageants, educational, and character enrichment workshop trainings. She has a NY State Public School Teacher Certificate and is a Certified School Counselor.
She is a graduate of Houghton Liberal Arts college with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and minor in biblical studies. Masters in Christian Counseling from Jacksonville Theological Seminary.

She has devoted 22 years of dedicated service to the Buffalo Public Schools, in the capacity of teacher, parent facilitator, school counselor, vendor and parent volunteer. In addition to several years in the charter school district as a school counselor.
Terri Ann’s strategic and innovative leadership skills were recognized by the New York State Alliance of Black School Educators. They awarded her with the Educator of the year honors award.

The YEA consists of organizations and businesses working together to empower children and young adults to become confident, brave and great influential leaders.
We collaborate regionally and nationally as a team, in support of each organization's vision. Helping with projects, training and community events. Also providing emotional and mental health support for one another if needed as challenges arise.
