Our Story
Ms. Terri Ann, passionately known as Pastor TC, is the founder of World of Girls and
Boys Leadership. Which first began as world of girls. She first established her
leadership enrichment training classes for girls in Buffalo NY in 1985. The training took
place at her parents’ East Side neighborhood home.
She went throughout her neighborhood recruiting young ladies to enroll in her community outreach classes, events, and the Debutante Pageant of Divinity. The girls who went through Terri Ann's
training classes are now high school and college graduates, professionals, wives, mothers, and business owners.
After years of empowering girls to become great leaders; one day a teacher said to Terri Ann, what about the boys? Many years of observing the boys, she knew that the boys needed the training as well. Therefore, the World of Girls and Boys Leadership organization was established.
CEO & Founder
Ms. Terri Ann is a proud mother of three children who are all college graduates, and professionals. She has over 10 years of experience as a community outreach youth pastor for girls, as well as being an educator and professional counselor. She is a native of Buffalo NY, and from a family of ten. Her mother and father taught her the value of hard work, integrity and accountability – which has been a result of her becoming an expert youth development specialist. 40 Years of service, Empowering Youth and Families in Buffalo NY. Her passion continues to increase everyday as she enjoys the journey of cultivating Rising Leaders!
