We are a Leadership Empowerment organization, rooted in upward mobility. We provide enrichment programs, services, community outreach events and training. Training is interwoven from the framework of our core values. Our goal is to develop children and adolescents to become great influential leaders.

Our initiatives are designed to create an environment where individuals feel supported to pursue their goals. We serve groups of participants ranging from 7 to 19 years of age and College Freshmen.
